Painting all media
Come in to create a painting, regardless of your skill or experience level. Supplies and materials, plus instruction is available for Acrylic, Water Color, Oil, and Pastel painting. Paint and Sip Classes (BYOB), fluid art, OBX Rock and Shell Painting, and children activities. Open most days rain or shine. Recommend calling ahead if you want to have a private family activity.
Studio time and

You can come in and use the studio during your stay, without having to lug your artwork home while it is wet and messy. Make your art and pick it up before you return home. DOBA Studio has an extensive library of How To books you can borrow during your visit, as well as art books on both artists, how-to and art history.

Learn to draw for every level. Pencil, Colored Pencil, Graphite, and Charcoal. Browse, practice, learn, and grow. Activate the right side of your brain with fun activities

You can create sculpture using polymer clay or create pottery using free form or pottery wheel. Beginning potters can enjoy instruction, and choose their painting and glazing techniques, as well as their sculpture subjects. Available at the Studio are art supplies, materials, and artist works. Take your time to browse paintings, prints, local artwork, as well as picking up your BeachPeace merchandise. Learn the story of the Shipwreck Belle from a firsthand witness! Gather local lore and things to do during your stay.
